Glasstec, the premier trade fair for the glass industry, will take place in Düsseldorf from Tuesday, October 22 to Friday, October 25, 2024. By adopting a science-based approach, NSG Group has already made significant strides, including reducing waste to landfill by over 50% and committing to a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2030.

One of the standout products on display will be the Pilkington Pyrostop® Line 60-603. This monolithic fire-resistant safety glass is designed for frameless butt joint systems in internal applications. With a fire resistance classification of EI 60 and a slim, flush design, it offers both safety and aesthetic appeal. The product’s seamless design, enabled by an almost invisible butt joint, ensures an unrestricted and crystal-clear view, making it a versatile choice for modern architecture.

Additionally, Pilkington’s fire-resistant glass products, including Pilkington Pyrostop® and Pilkington Pyrodur®, come with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) certified according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804. These certifications highlight the sustainability of the products, which have a proven track record of performance spanning nearly four decades.
