Innovations: Larson unveils stylish, weather-resistant storm door innovations

Larson, a leading manufacturer in storm door solutions, has announced the release of two new products designed to enhance home protection and aesthetic appeal. The Lifestyle 2.0 Midview Screen Away and the Life-Core Composite Surface Single-Vent storm doors, available this October, bring a fresh approach to functionality and design in home exterior protection.

The Lifestyle 2.0 Midview Screen Away storm door merges high-performance materials with a modern look, catering to homeowners seeking style and resilience. This new model offers superior weather protection with its durable, smooth composite surface and reinforced weatherstripping, providing a lasting barrier against harsh elements. A notable feature, the Screen Away technology, allows the retractable screen to seamlessly disappear above the window when not in use, ensuring an uninterrupted view.

This door also includes Larson’s Secure Lock® handleset, complete with a keyed lock for added safety, and an adjustable-speed closer with a hold-open button, designed for convenience. In keeping with contemporary tastes, the Lifestyle 2.0 features minimalist styling, including a flat window frame and a chic handleset, making it an ideal complement to today’s modern home designs.

The Life-Core Composite Surface Single-Vent storm door, meanwhile, combines durability with functional design updates. Its robust, weather-resistant composite surface offers reliable protection, while a revamped ventilation system, equipped with ergonomic finger tabs, simplifies operation and eliminates the risk of pinched fingers. This model also includes a color-coordinated handleset and an adjustable-speed closer, ensuring the door blends seamlessly with a home’s exterior.

Larson has prioritized a user-friendly installation experience with both models. The doors come with clear instructions, step-by-step videos, live support, and simplified component labeling, all tested by installation experts to enhance ease of assembly.

“With these new additions to our product line, Larson continues to lead the industry in innovation, style, and customer-focused design,” said David Youn, President of Larson Doors. “We’re committed to providing homeowners with storm doors that not only protect their homes but also enhance their living spaces with modern functionality and aesthetics.”

The Lifestyle 2.0 Midview Screen Away and Life-Core Composite Surface Single-Vent storm doors will be available through authorized Larson dealers this October. For more information, visit larsondoors.com.
